MOVING VIA STORAGE
People move via storage for a variety of reasons. Our process ensures an efficient removal experience without the stress normally associated with moving.
Loading goods into our warehouse containers can take a little longer than loading directly onto a truck.
To avoid the deadlines of moving day, we attend your home the day prior to moving day and clear the property in a calm and organised fashion.
The householder then has plenty of time to clean the empty house and make all of the completion day arrangements without the pressure of a ticking clock.
When you are ready for delivery, we will arrange to bring your goods to you after completion on the purchase of your new home. Delays on moving day are frequent and often unexpected. By delivering after the transaction has been completed, we remove the stress and possibility of additional charges for delayed delivery.
It was easy enough to rent a property locally, but they couldn’t fit all of their possessions. They required removal and storage services. We undertook their moving requirements over an initial two day period. On the first day, we packed and removed all goods for storage. Once all the goods to be stored had been removed, our crew set about packing the day-to-day items for the rental property.
On day two, our crew returned and completed all packing before moving Helen and Ian to their rental home. In December that year, they contacted us to gain access to their containers. When they told us that they wanted to retrieve the Christmas decorations, Our warehouse Manager Gary had them waiting for them when they came in to collect.
A year later, we undertook the move in reverse. This time our packing crew packed up the rental property and moved all of the day-to-day essentials back to the same address, but a very different home. A couple of weeks later, we delivered the storage. This gave our clients the time to empty their boxes and settle in before the house was full again!
